Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations
‍We currently ship wine to select states within the United States in compliance with alcohol regulations from federal and state laws and alcohol licenses. At checkout, you will see if alcoholic beverage shipping is available to your state. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to states where wine delivery is restricted.

‍Shipping Methods and Carriers
‍We partner with trusted carriers, including FedEx and UPS, to deliver your wine. Shipping options include standard and expedited services. All alcoholic beverage shipments require an adult (21 years or older) signature upon delivery.

‍Shipping Costs
‍Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $100.

‍Order Processing Time
‍Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

‍Weather-Related Delays
‍To preserve the quality of our wine, we may delay shipments during extreme temperature weather conditions (e.g., excessive heat or freezing temperatures). We will notify you if your shipment is affected.

‍Tracking Information
‍Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your wine shipmentx .

‍Age Verification
‍All deliveries require age verification. Carriers will not release packages to individuals under 21 years of age. Please ensure an adult is present to receive your delivery.

Returns Eligibility
‍Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect wine bottle, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, due to legal and quality concerns, we cannot accept returns of wine for any other reasons.
