Discover Our Exclusive Bar Packages for Private Events at Cellar Beast

Below are the various bar packages that we offer for Private Event Rentals.

Wine and cider offerings are exclusively from Cellar Beast Winehouse.

Rock the Cash Bar

Guests pay per beverage at our tasting bar. This option requires a minimum of two staff members. The host can choose a specific amount to cap the cash bar if they so choose, contact Melissa for more details.

Cellar Beast Option

PREPAY OPTION: Prepay for wine and cider with a one case minimum (mix and match) and receive a 10% discount on 1 case, 15% on 2 or more cases.  All alcohol is yours and any remaining alcohol may be taken home. This option is based on self service.  Servers are available for an additional fee.

Cellar Beast & Brews Option

To provide your guests with local brewed beer,  We partner with a few local craft breweries to provide options other than wine and cider for your party.  This package is available with a minimum of 1 case of each beer or in keg form for larger parties.  Local beer in cans or keg from one of our brewery partners will be added to this option.

Full Beast Mode

Want the whole thing? We can make that happen.  Our full bar can be available for your event with access to our entire wine, cider and beer list.  In addition, We offer 2 cocktails on the menu and we can work with you to create a customized cocktail specifically for your event. This option will require a 2 server minimum at an additional rate/ hour.  

Add ons to any event : Guided tastings of 4 wines for your party (40 person max). Sliding scale pricing.

*Tax and Gratuity will be added to all packages. All packages are in addition to your base rental. Glassware is included with all alcoholic purchase

How can I make a reservation?

Because our tasting rooms are first come first serve, we recommend that you make a guided tasting reservation ahead of your visit. This way, we can guarantee that a house sommelier will be available for your tasting.

Do you offer private event bookings?

Yes, we currently offer private event bookings at both locations. Our Downtown Easton, PA wine bar is an intimate space that can hold about 30 people for smaller events, while our rural Andreas, PA location is great for large gatherings.

Do you offer food at your locations?

At both locations, we offer elevated cheese plates to go with your tastings, but you can bring in outside food if you would like (when a food truck is not present). In Andreas, on Saturdays and Sundays, we partner with local food trucks to offer diverse food options. Check our events calendar to see who is parked at the winery this week.

When is Happy Hour?

In Andreas, Beast Hour is Fridays 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM. Enjoy $10 off the cheese board and bottle combo and two dollars off all wines.

In Easton, Beast Hour is 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM on Friday and 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Saturdays. Specials vary. Ask our house sommeliers about Friday Night Flights

What should I know before I visit?

  • No outside alcohol is permitted anywhere on our premises.
  • As we have very limited space, groups of more than 6 people reservations are highly recommended. Absolutely no tour busses without prior arrangement so that we can guarantee seating and a personalized experience.
  • We are only licensed to sell our own products for take out. We cannot sell local beer to go.
  • Children and well behaved pets are welcome at the winehouse. However, for the safety and comfort of both guests and staff, we ask that:
  1. Pets be well behaved and leashed at all times.
  2. Children have a guardian with them at all times. Children are not permitted to run or crawl through the tasting room or throughout the property to avoid possibility of injury.
  • By law we cannot sell our beverages to any customer who appears to be visibly intoxicated, even if that customer has a designated driver.
