At Cellar Beast, we offer two beautiful event venues that cater to your unique style and party size:

Barrel Room in Andreas, PA

Host your guests in the ambiance of our Barrel Room. Our Barrel room is exactly as it sounds-filled with the intoxicating aromas of wine aging in French oak barrels. This private event space features high ceilings, comfortable dark colors, panoramic views of barrels and vineyards, and a rustic charm that has the square feet to accommodate up to 75 guests. Need a larger space? The entire Winehouse is able to accommodate parties up to 125 indoors with outdoor space as well.  Rental rates start at $150 per hour during our off-peak months with a two-hour minimum*

Wine Bar in Downtown Easton

Our urban Wine Bar in the popular location of Downtown Easton is the perfect choice with sleek and modern atmosphere, great for intimate gatherings. It’s the perfect spot, great for networking events, corporate gathering, engagement parties, intimate events, extraordinary events, party venue, business meetings, or other small scale event types, accommodating up to 30 guests. Rental rates start at $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum*

Special Discounts for Wine Club and Private Reserve Members

Wine Club and Private Reserve Program Members of the Cellar Beast will receive a 10% discount on renting our event spaces. Plus, you will have access to our limited and exclusive wines, which make a nice touch when you are hosting a party in your private space.

How to Book Your Private Event

Ready to plan your private event with us? Check out our Private Events page to learn more about our venues and submit an online request form to get the conversation started with our Event Coordinator. Then, sit back and let us handle the rest! 

  • Select Your Date and Time: Pick the event day or date you wish to host. Have an alternative date in mind, especially during peak season.
  • Fill Out the Request Form: Once you have set a date, visit our Private Events page and fill in the request form. Let us know what types of event, number of guests, and which location you would like.
  • Receive Confirmation: Upon receipt of your request, our Event Coordinator will review your information and get back to within 3 business days with availability and other pertinent details to make your event a success.
  • Customizing Your Experience: At Cellar Beast, we use a more ala carte style. This benefits our host, allowing them to choose their own caterers and beverage packages. You’ll also meet with our Event Coordinator to taste our wine selection to help you decide what your guests get to enjoy that day.  We will then work together to create a layout that works for you and your style.
  • Finalize Details: 2-4 weeks before your event, we’ll finalize all the details including confirmed guest count, table layout, and any special requests. We will confirm with your caterers what is needed on their end and make sure they are set up for success.  This Is to assure there are not any unexpected surprises the day of your party.
  • Enjoy Your Event: Hosting an event can be stressful. We take the stress out of your planning and set up. Once your decor is in place, sit back and have a glass of wine! You deserve it!
