Our Pinot Noir program is a true labor of love program starting from selecting the vineyard sites, fermentation practices and aging program. Such a delicate grape variety requires a lot of love and attention to detail. In this vintage clonal selection was one of the most crucial elements as our reserve Pinot Noir is a highlight of the earthy side of Pinot Noir. This is achieved through focusing on clones that exude earthiness and we marry this with perfect yeast selection to harness and showcase the beautiful balance of earthiness and silky characteristics.

Our 2023 Rosé Blend has a genuinely novel winemaking philosophy. The sommeliers have produced a symphony of refreshing flavors using six varieties, to include Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, from fresh fruit flavors of raspberry, flavors of cherries, delicate red berries, and a fruity nose to floral and citrus notes. Each variety adds something, becoming more than just the wide variety of grapes. That creative vision results in a layered but accessible pink wine that will please wine professionals and novices alike. At the palate, you will find juicy red fruits like cherry, cranberry, and pomegranate, with secondary flavors of mushroom, damp leaves and a touch of anise.
